These terms cover your use of bellerive.com, the website of Belle Rive Casino Hotel. Passing the age question and carrying on into the site means you accept them. If you would rather not, close the page; nothing is stored against you for doing so.
Adults only
Because a land-based casino operates inside the hotel, these pages are published for adults of 18 and above, or the higher legal age where local rules require it. Confirming your age on the entry page is a statement that you meet that threshold. Giving a false answer buys you nothing at all: identification is inspected in person at the foot of the casino stair on every visit, and that check is the one that counts.
Nothing on this site is a game
- There are no casino games on these pages, no demo mode and no simulation of play.

You are welcome to read these pages, print them, quote a line with attribution and share links to them anywhere you like. Conduct at the property
The hotel house rules and the Salon Hirondelle floor rules apply to every resident and every visitor. Our staff may refuse entry to, or require the departure of, anyone who cannot produce valid identification, who is plainly intoxicated, who behaves aggressively towards guests or staff, who photographs people at the tables, or who attempts to enter the casino during a self-exclusion they have signed.
